Our metabolic modulator is the active hormone that governs metabolic rate. It sets how fast cells burn energy and drives mitochondrial function throughout the body.
A delivery problem, not a discovery problem
This metabolic modulator is well characterized and long established in clinical use. What has constrained it is control — oral dosing is difficult to deliver evenly, and the therapeutic window is narrow.
Our approach
We are applying the LathMize® technology to the delivery characteristics of oral formulations of this metabolic modulator. The program is on a 505(b)(2) path and currently in IND-enabling studies.

BRY103 is an investigational candidate. It has not been approved by the FDA, and its safety and efficacy have not been established.
