Built on a proven platform

BRY101 uses the formulation evaluated in RENEWAL-NAD+, where intracellular NAD rose 53% versus placebo over five days with a favorable short-term safety profile.

53% increase in intracellular NAD versus placebo in RENEWAL-NAD+, over five days.
25.7% increase in spinal cord NAD+ within four hours, in an ALS mouse model.

Reaches central nervous system tissue

In a 48-hour study in an ALS mouse model conducted with the ALS Therapy Development Institute, oral administration produced a 25.7% increase in spinal cord NAD+ within four hours.

Federal research pathway

Bryleos has executed a Master CRADA with the U.S. Military to enable a proof-of-concept wound healing study and explore further federal research collaboration.

What is next

A second publication reporting multi-omic analyses from RENEWAL-NAD+

BRY101 is a medical food in development and has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for the treatment, prevention, cure or mitigation of any disease. Preclinical data were generated in animal models and may not predict results in humans. The RENEWAL-NAD+ trial evaluated our supplement formulation in healthy adults over five days; it was not a study of BRY101.
